Grape is a social network allowing users to share short monetized videos about their experiences in referenced physical establishments (restaurants, bars, hotels, entertainment venues). Using the platform implies unreserved acceptance of these TOU.
Registration is mandatory with accurate information (name, email, password). The personal account allows managing published videos, tracking wallet and notifications.

Videos are moderated within 24 hours by Grape and its partners.
Videos: Each validated video is compensated €0.20, limited to 10 videos per week (i.e., €1).
Referrals: Additional compensation according to the terms specified in the application.
The wallet unlock threshold is set at €10, transferred via Lydia. Possible transaction fees may apply.
Compensation evolution: Terms may evolve. Users will be informed directly on the platform or via updated TOU.
Grape protects personal data in accordance with GDPR. Users can request deletion or recovery of their data by sending an email to love@pickgrape.com or via the report button in the application.
Grape may display personalized advertisements based on user data. For sponsored content, Grape selects and directly contacts compensated creators. Interested creators can also write to love@pickgrape.com to propose a collaboration.
Users own their content. By submitting a video, they grant Grape a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, free and worldwide license to use the published content.
Grape provides an undesirable content reporting mechanism and also uses a recognized third party for moderation to ensure platform safety.
Grape is not responsible for temporary service interruptions related to technical or external reasons.

To contest a suspension or closure, contact: love@pickgrape.com clearly specifying the nature of the problem in the email subject.
Grape integrates third-party services such as Lydia (payments), table reservation or online ordering services via external partners, as well as third-party advertisements displayed on the platform.
In case of dispute, the user is invited to first contact love@pickgrape.com. In case of no amicable resolution, the user can freely refer to an independent mediator in accordance with the provisions provided by French law. As a last resort, the competent courts will be those of Montauban.
Grape may modify the TOU at any time. Users will be notified via the platform of any important modifications.
